Every order is carefully packaged and shipped directly from our workshop in Ukraine, ensuring that each product arrives in excellent condition.

2. Order Processing
Processing times vary depending on product availability, customization requests, and current production capacity.

3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on your destination, customs clearance procedures, and the selected shipping carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, most deliveries arrive within 5–14 business days. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders may be delivered by trusted international carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or local delivery partners, depending on the destination.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, all customs duties and import taxes are covered by us on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The recipient will not be responsible for any customs duties or import charges upon delivery.
For orders shipped to all other countries, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
Our board games are handcrafted and shipped directly from our workshop in Ukraine. All shipments include tracking and are dispatched with their full declared value.
6. Delivery Issues
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact both the shipping carrier and our customer support team within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.
We will gladly work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
